Before you book … are you a member of a partnering or professional associations?
YES! … Then reap the rewards. Members of many associations (eg PMI®, Chamber of Commerce, etc) will receive a discount when they register. If the professional association you belong to is not listed in the registration process, then simply contact us via email.
Your Conference event investment is:
- Non Member US$500.00 per day
- Association Member 10% discount (US$450)
- Combined Early Bird & Association Member 30% discount (US$350)
Your Full Day Workshop event investment is:
- Non Member US$500.00 per day
- Association Member 10% discount (US$450)
- Combined Early Bird & Association Member 30% discount (US$350)
Your Half Day Workshop event investment is:
- Non Member US$300.00 per day
- Association Member 10% discount (US$270)
- Combined Early Bird & Association Member 30% discount (US$210)
(Remember that you can combine both half-day workshops and receive a further discount).

When does early-bird registration finish?
Early-bird closes at midnight (GMT) one calendar month before the event date.
You must be a member of a professional assocation to receive this discount eg PMI®, Chamber of Commerce etc.
The Earlybird discount will be applied to your Registration at the Confirm Registration Step (Step 3).
How can I pay my registration fee?
It’s easy!
We have a secure on-line system, which accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payment. We also accept Telegraphic Transfer payments.
If you choose to you use Telegraphic Transfer, simply register online, once you indicate your form of payment, you will automatically receive the relevant information.
(Please Note: We do not accept Telegraphic Transfer registrations in the 7 days before the event. If you register in the last 7 days prior to an event, you should arrange for an alternate method of payment or talk to us here at PMoT).
If you register on the day the only accepted payment methods are Credit Card payment or a business cheque drawn on a US bank draft, or cash.
Business cheques, drawn on a US bank draft, are accepted and can be given to the secretariat at the time of registration on the day of the event.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
What does your registration include?
Once you have made your booking, all you need to do is simply bring yourself … that is it! We will take care of everything else for you.
Our objective is to make it as simple and hassle free for you!
On the day, coffee and tea breaks are scheduled, allowing you to take advantage of this time to meet and talk to other attendees and the presenters.
For those events that are full day, or if you attend both half-day events, lunch is provided. Again this is a great opportunity to network with your fellow delegates and presenters.
Your registration also covers your membership with PMoT for (1) calendar month following the conference date. This provides you with access via the members’ area in the PMoT website, giving you access to presentation notes in PDF format to print or downloaded in your own time.
You will also receive a copy of the presentation notes on the day, so you can add your own notes for future reference.
How do you register online?
Click on the Register Now button on the bottom of this page to register for any one or more of our events.
Registration
- Registration and fees will be acknowledged and confirmed by return email.
- Attendee details can be edited on-line up to the day before the scheduled event.
- The cut-off date for on-line registrations for each event is the day before the scheduled event.
- Registration on the day will only be accepted if payment is being made by Visa or MasterCard credit card, by cash on the day, or by a cheque (only if a US bank cheque, no personal cheques will be accepted).
