What does PMoT stand for?
Project Management on Tour.

Who is PMoT?
We are a a group of international people involved in project management in our own countries, and overseas, who want to share the skills and knowledge we have with people around the world. Our combined experience is a cumulation of project management fields practiced, lectured and trained in all continents apart from Antarctica!

Are you a registered Company?
Yes. Our company is based in Australia. We are formally known as PMoT Pty Ltd.
Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 48 108 361 397.

Can I claim taxes for attending your course?
As the services provided by PMoT Pty Ltd are delivered outside of Australia only Australian residents can be charged tax for attending a conference.

Please check with your local tax authority for any further clarification.

How do I get in touch with people at PMoT?
Click on the links at the side of this page – contact us – and we will respond to your question as soon as we can.

Who will be the guest speaker(s)?
We will have internationally known and respected guest speakers present at our PMoT events.  As speakers for each event will be different, we will make sure that we advise you via this website who they will be.

What if I have booked for a conference or workshop and then can’t attend?
We will be happy to accept substitute delegates right up to the day before the event. The registered delegate should inform us in writing by either email or via the members page.

If you are unable to have someone attend on your behalf, please refer to the cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to the Secretariat. The email must state confirmation details forwarded in the confirmation of registration email.

Cancellations received  one calendar month before the seminar will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of 20% of the registration fee.

After this date, no refunds will apply.

Substitute delegates will be welcome at any time, as long as the registered delegate confirms the change in writing either through email or on-line registration.

If the delegate is a no-show on the day, the full registration amount will be charged.

If for any reason PMoT cancels a conference event, PMoT Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for travel costs that are non-refundable.  PMoT will endeavour to advise registrants as soon as possible if a conference event is cancelled.

Refunds will be given at the direction of PMoT.

How can I pay my registration fee?
It’s easy!

We have a secure on-line system, which accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payment. We also accept Telegraphic Transfer payments.

If you choose to you use Telegraphic Transfer, simply register online, once you indicate your form of payment, you will automatically receive the relevant information.

Please Note:  We do not accept Telegraphic Transfer 7 days before the event. Also, if there is no contact from the bank within 7 days from the time of your registration, you should arrange an alternate method of payment or talk to us here at PMoT.

If you register on the day, the only accepted payment methods are Credit Card payment or a business cheque drawn on a US bank account, or by cash.

Personal cheques are not accepted.

 Can I claim PMI® PDUs for attending a PMoT Conference or Workshop?
Yes!

PMoT is not a registered provider for PMI®.  For the purposes of PMPs claiming PDUs, PMoT is an "Other Provider" Category 4 ie: Category 4: Other Providers

PDUs may also be earned by attending relevant educational programs offered by organizations not registered with PMI.  To calculate the number of PDUs earned, use the following formula: one (1) contact hour of learning relevant to project management within a structured activity or course equals one (1) PDU.

Documentation Required: PMPs should maintain registration form, certificate or letter of attendance, and a brochure or course materials indicating the subject matter covered and the qualifications of the instructor or content expert.

Our planned PMoT Conference presentation time is 7 hours, and based on the above calculations this equates to 7(seven) PDUs.

Our planned full-day Workshop presentation time is 7 hours, and based on the above calculations this equates to 7(seven) PDUs.

Our planned half-day Workshop presentation is 3.5 hours, and based on the above calculations this equates to 3.5 (three point five) PDUs.
